Terms & Conditions
All Canyon Collection products are artisan made in small batches.
They are not perfect and may have some minor flaws or slight differences in size, scent, and/or color.
Returns
- Wholesale and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Unsealed and/or used body products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- If a product arrives damaged or broken please email us within two weeks of receipt with your order number and pictures of the damage. We will either have you return it to us, at your expense, to be fixed or replaced.
Shipping
- Domestic shipping is free.
- Order processing is approximately 2-3 business days.
- Fulfilled orders are shipped Monday - Friday via USPS.
- International shipping is an additional price. We will invoice the email address on file the rate based on location and weight. One paid your order will be fulfilled and shipped. Shipping times will be a minimum of 15 days and could take as long as 6 weeks depending on location and customs requirements.
- Once a package is shipped we have no information other than what is on www.usps.com. To find out where you package is input your tracking number, which is emailed to you when your package ships, and search. Any questions or concerns about your package should be directed to USPS.
- If a package is deemed lost in transit please contact Canyon Collection for a copy of your shipping label. All Canyon Collection packages are insured but once we send it to you only you can file the claim.
